There are big changes for this year’s Copley Heritage Day.
NEW LOCATION: We are moving the event to Copley Community Park, 3232 Copley Road – less than one mile east of Copley Circle. Having the Vendor Area and Kids Area at the same venue should increase traffic for vendors as many families attending the Kids Area did not come down to the Circle. This will also allow for more room between booths and ample room behind your booth for “storage”.
COPLEY BICENTENNIAL: The weekend of activities will mark the end of Copley’s Bicentennial Celebration. This should draw a larger crowd than usual.
DATE: Saturday, August 3rd from 12:00 – 8:00 p.m. The parade will begin at 5:00 p.m and end at the park.
REGISTRATION DEADLINES: We have moved up the registration deadlines for publicity purposes.

HAND OUTS / GIVEAWAYS: PLEASE NO WATER, POP, BOTTLED DRINKS OR ANY FOOD ITEM THAT ARE SOLD BY OUR FOOD VENDORS. Candy is fine. Just a suggestion: if your handouts or giveaways are for children – Oriental Trading or similar catalog have a variety of reasonably priced items.
